Chilwell Primary School is proud of its ICT infrastructure and the way it is used in teaching and learning programs. We are lucky to have a designated ICT Lab with 30 computers. Combine this with the BringIT2Chilwell iPad program and we have a very technology rich environment.
What is the SMAR Model?
We implement the SAMR model to support our planning, skill development and to maximise student learning outcomes.
The SAMR model has improved the students creative and critical thinking and the quality of the digital work they develop. Many students use multiple apps within a task in a process known as ‘app smashing’.
