Background history: Starting 2024, we began to implement Compass on a number of levels from organising Parent Teacher Meetings, recording welfare and first aid notes, reporting to parents, distributing newsletters and a range of other functions. We plan to use more functions that will enable us to communicate frequently with parents about student learning, where they are at and what the next level of learning is. We see this as an opportunity to make the curriculum visible to parents and know where your child is at in English and Mathematics initially. Please be patient as we as a staff learn how this will work.
We are always reviewing our procedures and will be tweaking some reporting aspect in 2024. Stay up to date with Compass via the newsletter.
