Excursions & Camps

At Chilwell we value student engagement and participation in annual camps from grade 4 through to 6.

Grade 4 students spend 2 nights and 3 days a Lady Northcote near Bacchus March.  This outdoor camp provides opportunities for the students to undertake activities such as archery, the giant swing, flying fox, and canoeing along with a night walk, and team building fun!

Grade 5 spend 2 nights and 3 days getting up their step count and wandering the streets of Melbourne. Visiting the MCG, Federation Square, ArtVo, Melbourne Museum of Moving Image, Eureka Sky Deck along with the Queen Vic Markets MSAC and Myer Windows at night.

Grade 6 head to the Yarra Valley to undertake an outdoor adventure with activities such as Low Ropes, Hight Ropes, Leap of Faith, Giant Swing, team building challenges and so much more.  Heading to the Healesville Chocolatier as a treat upon returning to Geelong after 3 days of fun.
